Dr. Jenny has been a practicing general dentist for over 15 years and is now focused exclusively on conditions affecting the temporomandibular joint, commonly known as TMJ or TMD. As someone who has personally struggled with TMJ pain, Dr. Jenny brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her practice. She is the sole operator of Southern Indiana TMJ.

Do You Have TMJ/TMJD/TMD?
The most common symptom associated with TMJ/TMD is pain or soreness in the jaw and surrounding muscles. TMJ disorders, however, are very complex and often have a wide range of symptoms that can be mistaken for other conditions.
Common symptoms include:
- Jaw pain or soreness
- Limited mouth opening and/or movement
- Jaw gets "stuck" or "locked" closed or open
- Painful popping and/or clicking in the joint
- Facial pain
- Teeth sensitivity
- Bite changes
- Ear ringing, stuffiness, and/or sharp pains
- Sudden vision changes
- Vertigo or dizziness
- Sinus pressure or issues
- Headaches and/or migraines
- Limited neck and shoulder mobility
- Numb or tingling fingers
